We understand that the decision to close schools due to inclement weather significantly impacts P-CCS families. To provide clarity, we want to share the key factors we consider when determining whether to close schools. Our priority is to keep schools open whenever possible, as we believe students thrive best in the classroom. However, when faced with unexpected weather challenges, the safety of our students and staff remains our highest priority.

Plymouth-Canton Community Schools has an opt-out policy for students and families who wish to not have their images used in school and district-wide media, including the district website, district and school social media outlets, as well as external media outlets such as newspapers and online publications.
